Get All My Fresh, New Recipes Right Here!
After weeks and weeks, your favs from IG now have a permanent home
These five recipes are the latest and greatest on my blog as of yesterday! I know many of you follow me on instagram, and may notice that it takes some time for the food you see in my videos to be placed on my website. Well let me be the first to inform you that the process of getting a new recipe up on my blog is no cake walk. It takes a mighty team to produce the content that I love to share with you all.
It all starts with me brainstorming and creating recipes, and then hopping into the kitchen and testing everything to make sure that what is in my head looks and tastes good on the plate.
After that, my assistant and I will spend a day filming these recipes together and making it look like a “must try” meal (after all, no one wants an ugly looking meal!). Once we have that content, I package up all my clips, recipe info, and notes off to my team of photographers and editors in order to have my food presented in one big beautiful package. I oversee every step of the process and work hard with my team to ensure that my vision is brought to life.
So without further ado, here is my latest and greatest work, now live on the blog. You can print the recipes, pin them or do what ever you want!

This vibrant salad brings together juicy rotisserie chicken, crispy rice oven-baked in BBQ sauce, and a medley of fresh, delicious veggies like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, and black beans. This salad is topped with one of my all time favorite dressings- a creamy, high-protein BBQ ranch dressing made from - you guessed it- cottage cheese. It's such a satisfying and flavorful dish, perfect for summer gatherings or meal prep.

This no-bake, freezer-friendly dessert is your new easy go-to sweet treat. Made with only six deliciously healthy ingredients, this bark is a gluten-free, vegan delight that combines the nostalgic taste of cookie dough with a satisfying chocolate crunch. I topped mine off with a little bit of flaky sea salt for that perfect bit of balance, and I truly had this one repeat as my late night snack for a week! Perfect for prepping ahead and enjoying straight from the freezer whenever the craving strikes.

Recreate your favorite Sweetgreen bowl at home with this abundant, flavor-packed bowl. I am obsessed with this bowl for so many reasons- the juicy steak is cooked to perfection and adds so much lean protein so you will stay full longer, the pesto vinaigrette is so vibrant and delicious I could drink it, and the rest of the ingredients in this bowl are not only scrumptious but packed with key nutrients as well. This dish serves four, but if you keep the dressing on the side it is perfect for meal-prep and satisfying lunches or dinners throughout the week.

You can’t get much more simple than one ingredient! My ultra-refreshing, naturally sweet sorbet is made with frozen tangerines and frozen tangerines alone. Simply peel and freeze your tangerine pieces overnight, and once they are frozen solid blend them into a smooth dreamy dessert that’s dairy and refined sugar-free. Enjoy this sweet treat as-is or if you want to be like me, add some shaved chocolate to the top. Perfect for the hot summer days ahead of us!

I have made this cake countless times and each time it is a smash success. It's bright, fluffy, and naturally gluten-free- bursting with juicy raspberries and zesty lemon. Greek yogurt gives this cake a tender crumb and a hit of protein, while my simple lemon glaze adds that irresistible sweet-tart finish. Perfect for all the summer celebrations, this cake is as beautiful as it is delicious.
