When I saw this idea, I knew I had to try it. These wraps are my absolute favorites! 2 zucchini, cheese, and a mandolin will have you in low carb heaven! I love stuffing mine with turkey and or chicken breast and loads of sandwich toppings! I love that these wraps fill while not giving me a blood sugar crash hours later.
